SADDLES RIDING CENTRE - PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

All bookings must be made in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking to secure the session. Payment may be made by credit or debit card.

You will pay a £3.00 booking fee and this is non refundable. The price you will pay will be displayed when you proceed to checkout not at the Basket.

If you cancel your lesson outside of our cancelaltion period or if your lesson is cancelled by the riding school, the cost of your lesson will be refunded to your Ecpro account as a credit. This can then be used against future bookings with the riding school. We do not offer refunds to your payment card or by bank transfer

Please note that any unused credits will be removed after 6 months if they have not been used.

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Saddles Riding Centre is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
