Slades Livery Stables

Slades is a family run business and has been a successful livery yard for 29 years. Slades offers DIY, full, part and working livery. We provide 12' x 10' purpose built brick stables and 23 acres of daily turnout.

We have a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere at Slades, with clients who range in age, ability and horsey interests. Carly, who runs the yard, is BHS qualified, her passion is showjumping and she competes up to an international level.

The yard has a 2 x floodlit arenas which are available to all liveries, there is also a set of showjumps that can be used free of charge.

There is a roundpen which is very useful for free schooling or lunging your horse.

The farrier visits every Monday and Bell Equine have a vet in the area every Monday and Wednesday and are able to offer a reduced call cut fee on these days.

Slades sells all feed and bedding at competitive prices and offers sufficient storage for DIY and part liveries.

Our emphasis is always on the best care and attention for the horse. People can make choices where they keep their horses, and we are very aware of this, but ultimately we want your horse to be safe and happy whilst here with us, he doesn't get to choose!

Prices

DIY LIVERY - £53.00

This price is for stable rent, we shall feed your horse every morning with feed provided by you and turn your horse out into the field Monday - Friday.

FULL LIVERY - £125.00

This price includes stable rent, feed and bedding, turnout, bring in, mucking out 7 days a week. Please inquire about extra bedding and specialist foods.

PART LIVERY

Can be arranged to suit you which pricing will depend upon.
